Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Where Orders Are Shipped From

Brileh is an online store serving customers in Australia. Depending on product availability and stock levels, your order may be shipped from one of our local partners or directly from our overseas suppliers.

This means your tracking information may sometimes show an international origin, including China or another overseas location. Regardless of where your order is shipped from, we work with our suppliers to make sure your items are delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
