Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Brileh order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Rejected returns

Returns that arrive damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may be rejected and sent back to you.

How to start a return

Email support@brileh.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
